The first edition of Science and Health having been copyrighted at the date of its issue, 1875, in my name of Glover, caused me to retain the initial G on my subsequent books.
These pages, although a reproduction of what has been written, are still in advance of their time; and are richly rewarded by what they have hitherto achieved for the race. While no offering can liquidate one's debt of gratitude to God, the fervent heart and willing hand are not unknown to nor unrewarded by Him.

Written to show us how to live a better, more healthful and prosperous life. There's something timely here in her writings that will help everyone.
A must for the student of CS
Everyone should reads this book. A historical book written in the 1800s and still relevant today. Priced so anyone can afford it. I have bought several and given them to friends.
How wonderful to have Miscellaneous Writings available on kindle. I enjoy studying these when I'm on errands or trips and wanting some inspiration. I like to copy down citations which resonate with me, and then apply them prayerfully to world situations. It's an effective way to get some fresh perspectives and inspiration for prayer.
This book is great, whether on my or on my Android reading app. What sets it apart from other versions formatted for is that this one maintains the look of the paper book, with pages number unobtrusively inserted, and the little comments that occur to the side of the paragraph in paper versions are preserved as blue comments in the version. An interactive hyperlinked table of contents makes this book a dream for serious students of Christian Science.
When the text is all over the place, as in some versions, it is distracting. This version takes away all distractions so the student can focus on content.
Although there are free versions, this one was DEFINITELY worth paying for.
